One of the upcoming TV series this summer that we will definitely watch! Originally rumored for adaptation back in 2010 (HJ Bunko even got a promo video done by SILVER LINK, the same studio behind this TV series), the story follows Satomi Koutaro, who needs to find a cheap place to live when his father got a new job far away. Koutaro gets his wish: Unit 106 at the small apartment named Corona-sou for 5000 Yen a month! What a deal huh? There is always a catch...
