This is a fully completed and painted figure.

A victory flag unfurls behind her in the wind from the track, and she leans back against a stack of tires to show off her race-queen outfit to its best advantage. Its high-gloss royal blue finish complements her smooth, pale skin perfectly, with accents of black, silver and gold for extra pop. An interchangeable embarrassed face is included, and so is her detailed base, complete with the little chick mascot! She can be displayed with or without her hat as well.
