The TV series CLANNAD is licensed by the new company Sentai Filmworks, with ADV to distribute the series. Also, ADV will distribute former Geneon titles Mahoromatic, Mahoromatic: Something More Beautiful and Tsukihime Also included in the announcement are Pet Shop of Horrors and Jewel BEM Hunter Lime. Both were previously released by Urban Vision and Media Blasters respectively.

Media Blasters has licensed the TV series あまえないでよっ!! (Amaenaideyo!!), and will be released under the title Ah My Buddha. No word on whether the second series, あまえないでよっ!! 喝!! is licensed.

The Novel アスラクライン (Asura Cryin') is planned for a TV adaptation.

ケロロ軍曹 (Keroro Gunsou) will have a new movie 超劇場版ケロロ軍曹撃侵ドラゴンウォリアーズであります！ to celebrate the 10th year anniversary of the franchise.

A new two-volume OAD series for ツバサ -RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE-, ツバサ春雷記 was announced. They will be included with the manga volume 26 (Mar 17, 2009) and 27 (Apr 17, 2009) respectively.

The official title for the next Slayers TV series is スレイヤーズEVOLUTION-R.

The manga series 初恋限定 will be adapted into a TV series.

Bandai Entertainment has cancelled the releases for TV series sola and true tears due to licensing issue. Another series, Shigofumi, is also in limbo. All three series were originally licensed by Bandai Visual USA early this year.
